Our courier is DHL (Standard Shipping) and you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the order has shipped. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched, excluding processing times. RESIDENZA725 is not responsible for delays related to customs clearance.
Due to continuous increases in shipping costs over the past few months, we have found it necessary to implement some changes.
Orders containing more than 4 items will be subject to an increase in the standard shipping cost. We recommend placing orders with a moderate quantity of products or to divide them into separate orders.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that the product prices do not include taxes and duties for orders being shipped outside the EU. You may be presented with a separate invoice for these duties. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, since they are calculated by the local customs office.
